Our products are manufactured and shipped by third-party providers via Printify. You acknowledge that products are made-to-order. Because items are produced individually, minor variations in placement, colour, and finish are normal and not considered defects.

As a South African entity, these terms are governed by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA). By using this site, you also consent to our processing of personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally from various Printify network hubs.

Import Duties: You (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by your country’s customs department.
Delivery Times: Estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are printed on demand:

Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size charts provided.
Damaged/Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us at besteigenoffice@gmail.com within [e.g., 14 days] of receipt with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Pricing and Currency

7. Limitation of Liability
