Return & Refund Policy

1. Production & Made-to-Order

All our products are printed on demand and uniquely manufactured for you at the time of purchase. Because of this custom nature, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."

Incorrect size selection (please refer to our Size Guides before ordering).

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, or there is a clear manufacturing error (e.g., printing mistake, torn garment), please contact us at besteigenoffice@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

To process a replacement or refund, we require:

Your order number.

Clear photos showing the issue and the product’s label.

If the defect is verified, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you or a full refund.

3. International Shipping & Customs

We ship globally from various production hubs.

Customs/VAT: For international orders, customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes incurred upon arrival in their country.

Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for 20+ days (domestic) or 30+ days (international), please reach out so we can investigate with the carrier.

4. Returns Process (If Applicable)

If a return is authorized by our team, do not send the item back to the manufacturer address on the package without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

5. South African Consumer Rights

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if a product is found to be materially defective within 6 months, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, provided the defect was not caused by normal wear and tear or misuse.

6. Exclusions

We cannot offer refunds or reprints for orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
