To bring you the most unique and high-quality gear, we partner with specialized global production houses (including Printify, Apliiq, and Tapstitch). Because our products are made-to-order, shipping times and origins vary by item.
1. Shipping Rates & Currency
- All orders are processed in USD.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items.
- We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 USD.
2. Production & Processing Time
- Each item is custom-printed or manufactured just for you.
- Processing Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves the facility.

- Europe & UK: 5–12 business days.
- International (Rest of World): 10–20 business days.
- Note: Specific items from our international partners (Tapstitch) may take slightly longer due to overseas transit.
4. Split Shipments
Because we use multiple production partners, items in a single order may ship from different warehouses. If your order contains products from Printify and Apliiq, for example, they will arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment.

6. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to the sender due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
